1971-72 OPC Hockey Complete Set (264) Dryden, Dionne, Lafleur RC's

  
The opportunity to acquire complete vintage sets is becoming more difficult as sellers break them up to grade key cards and then re-sell the entire run as singles! This is a great opportunity to acquire the full set from a very popular, sought after year! All 264 cards in the 1971-72 OPC hockey set are present. Condition wise, out of the entire ensemble, just the following cards are low to lower grade. #2, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14,15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 22, 23, 24, 26, 37, 40, 53, 56 (writing on back), 64, 74, 75, 77, 86, 90, 108, 111, 112, 123, 133, 134, 136 While the, 163, 164, 168, 181, 184, 186, 188, 209, 215, 216, 217, 219, 220, 221, 227, 244, 246, 248, 252.

Intermittently throughout the run, some other's display typical OPC wax stains (some heavy) "including" #161, #247 and other's. Many of these same cards including the Marcel Dionne RC, retain nice white borders, colors and gloss, often leading to better eye appeal in person than in print!

The entire rest of the set ranges from a clean, presentable VG (including #148 Guy Lafleur RC) to a strong VG/EX including #45 Ken Dryden RC. For accuracy sake, the front of #100 Bobby Orr is miss-cut along the bottom (his name is cropped off). The back of the card shows a bottom border and the card measures up to the other's so this appears to have been caused during the printing process and not by human hands.
