1955-56 Parkhurst Complete Hockey Set Richard, Plante Rc Overall Ex/ex+ Rare

  
VERY NICE AND BEAUTIFULLY PRESENTABLE MID-HIGH GRADE APPEARING 1955-56 PARKHURST HOCKEY COMPLETE SET (1-79), WHICH INCLUDES "ROCKET" RICHARD, JACQUES PLANTE RC AND MANY MORE. TOUGH TO FIND IN NICE SHAPE! Overall set condition appears to be EX/EX+ in my opinion with MANY crisp ones! Backs are damaged for most part as shown in pics. Lots of variation from G to EXMT+ with starts in similar shape. Lumley G/VG (soft corners, appears VGEX, crease left to right).

Horton EX+ (crisp card with minor corner wear and some spotting). Richard EX+ crisp card with minor corner wear, bright colors!

Beliveau EX+/EXMT (crisp card, minor corner wear, some spotting on bottom red section). Plante RC EXMT- (crisp card, one soft corner keeping it from appearing NM, some spotting).

Montreal Forum VGEX+ (crisp card, soft corners, appears EX+ with surface crease on back, some spotting). Maple Leaf Gardens G/VG (rounded corners, creasing). Other minor listed stars grade similarly, with some off center as is common. Set is overall VERY clean and BEAUTIFULLY presentable. BRIGHT COLORS throughout with common spotting, which is the norm on these earlier Parkhurst sets.

Displayed in brand new 9 pocket binder sheets. Hard to find out there in any grade, because you just don't see too many early Parkhurst hockey sets. Priced fairly for a collector to enjoy, or break it apart, get cards graded and use it as an investment. Perfect as a gift for friends or family.
